Hello and welcome to my website. I’m Gill and I am based in Livingston, West Lothian. I offer online and telephone Counselling and Mindfulness to people from all over the UK.

How Can I Help?

As a person-centred counsellor, I will offer you a safe confidential, non-judgemental space for you to explore what is troubling you. Individuals come to me with various difficulties and have included, but not limited to, stress, anxiety, depression, workplace bullying, relationship difficulties, menopausal difficulties, grief and loss, and health anxiety.

I offer a free 15 min call to determine how we can best work together to help you move forward through whatever is troubling you.

About Me

I’m a BACP-accredited person-centred counsellor with extensive experience supporting individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including occupational, educational, and charitable settings. My approach is grounded in authenticity and compassionate acceptance. I can offer sessions weekly, fortnightly or we can discuss what best meets your needs. I aim to offer clients sessions that work best for them.

As an accredited BACP member, I adhere to their strict professional conduct and Ethical Framework.

My interest in how people respond to stress and challenging experiences led me to discover Mindfulness. Experiencing its benefits in my own life inspired me to share this practice with others. After training as a Mindfulness tutor with the Mindfulness Association, I have spent the past 12 years delivering Mindfulness courses both online and in person.
